We would love to have you onboard if you have hands-on experience in the following areas:

5+ years of Mobile Development experience

• 3+ years of extensive hands-on experience using Flutter

• Strong command of Dart syntax, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), sound null-safety, asynchronous programming (async/await, Future, Stream), generics, and extension methods.

• Deep understanding of the Flutter framework: widget tree, stateful vs. stateless widgets, custom widgets, keys, rendering pipeline, and efficiently managing rebuilds.

• Solid experience with modern State Management solutions (e.g., BLoC, Riverpod, or Provider) and scalable mobile architectures.

• Experience consuming RESTful APIs (using http or dio), handling error logic, retry mechanisms, and request interceptors.

• Experience with local data persistence and caching (e.g., SQLite, Hive, Isar, or SharedPreferences).

• Proficiency in writing well-designed code with strong experience in the Flutter testing ecosystem (Unit, Widget, and Integration Testing).

• Proven experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications (e.g., Fastlane, Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or Bitrise).

• Hands-on experience with the end-to-end release process, including managing certificates, provisioning profiles, and deploying applications to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

• Outstanding proficiency in using Agentic AI tools like Cursor IDE and Claude Code to accelerate code development, refactoring, and complex debugging.

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

• Nice to have: familiarity with native mobile languages (Kotlin/Java for Android, Swift/Objective-C for iOS) to handle MethodChannels and platform-specific integrations.
